Richard Baker

Richard Baker is a Technical Specialist at ONYX Insight and an authority on lightning strike protection, EMC and composite structure survivability. He represents ONYX on IEC TC88 maintenance teams MT24 and MT32, shaping wind turbine standards. Richard brings four decades of experience across wind, aerospace, defence and automotive, including 17 years running an engineering consultancy for clients such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, LM Wind Power, Nordex, Envision and Polytech.
