Markus Kaden

Markus is the founder and managing director of msquare GmbH. During his many years of employment at the research facility German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart/ Germany, he developed the FlexInHeat technology – flexible planar induction heating system for the repair of high-performance composite materials. During this time, Markus additionally developed manufacturing processes, applications and composite designs for the aerospace, high-speed train, automotive and wind power industries. Based on the experience and knowledge gained during this time, he and his colleague founded msquare GmbH in 2018.  Since then, the company has evolved into a supplier of heating technologies and heating solutions for all composite applications and beyond. Markus’ focus in the company is on sales and business development.
