Charles Roenfanz

Charlie grew up in southern Indiana, where he began his career in wind in 2012 helping to build a small blade production facility. In 2013 he joined NextEra as a travelling blade repair technician. During his time at NextEra he worked in blade repair, major components, leadership, and now as a senior instructor.
