Bill Slatter

Bill Slatter is Director of Blade Products at ONYX Insight. He founded ELEVEN-I in 2019 to develop in-blade monitoring, delivering systems to major OEMs, owners and ISPs before ONYX acquired the business in 2025. His work in wind began in 2015 with blade transport monitoring. Bill’s focus is helping operators understand their blades. By pairing physics-first insight with continuous, high-quality data, he aims to make major blade damage avoidable, following the path drivetrain CMS has already taken.
